Death Benefits: Payable in the event of the natural death of the employees; natural and accidental. The Sum assured is normally calculated as 1x multiple of the member’s stated benefit.
Critical Illness: Critical Illness which is also known as a dread disease could be described as any ailment which could be very expensive to manage and may result in the death of a member. This covers conditions like Heart Attack, Coronary Artery Disease Surgery, Cancer, Stroke, Kidney Failure, Liver Failure, Blindness, Major Organ Transplant, Paraplegia, Coma, Loss of Speech, Alzheimer’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
Underwriting: The maximum entry age is sixty-five (65) years. Member lives above the age limit may not be covered under this scheme.
